The tugboat docked at the library for a visit and then sailed away. It was exciting having Scuffy the Tugboat of classic children’s literature fame to visit the Little Elm library. Every family who came also received a free Scuffy the Tugboat book to remember the occasion. There is nothing more memorable than watching a child’s face when their story character comes to life right before their eyes. Scuffy the Tugboat costume character was made possible by sponsorship from Cottonwood Creek Marina. If your business is interested in sponsoring next year’s storybook character, email Tina at thager@littleelm.org
